If you see this:

Then it means you have contacts in your queue, which can’t be loaded.

What to do:

  1. Go to “Collect” tab and click “View collected”
  2. type in ,PTS in “Identifier” filter and press Enter
  3. click “Select All” and “Move selected to Excluded”
  4. close “View collected” and restart the process for a left in a queue contacts
  5. also you can try to recollect contacts from the search page
