Recruiter shows “We’re sorry, an unanticipated error occurred” and redirects you to Recruiter home page

If you see this:
Then it means you have contacts in your queue, which can’t be loaded.
What to do:
- Go to “Collect” tab and click “View collected”
- type in ,PTS in “Identifier” filter and press Enter
- click “Select All” and “Move selected to Excluded”
- close “View collected” and restart the process for a left in a queue contacts
- also you can try to recollect contacts from the search page
