Linker Buy Back Event (Duration: 8/23/2021 ~ 9/6/2021)

The Linker Foundation will repurchase the Linker at a price about 27% higher than the current market price of Linker from August 23 to September 6 on the Exnomy exchange.

* After the repurchase duration ends, the price may fall to the current market price.

The repurchase quantity and price were calculated based on the formula below:

During the event duration, Exnomy will submit Bids and Asks to support that the average of the bid and ask prices does not deviate more than 5% from the price of 0.0000266 ETH/LNC at more than 80% of the time.

After the Ethereum 2.0 update scheduled in December 2021, in order to prepare for the risk of price fluctuations due to the large amount of staking release and the decrease in the value of Ethereum 1.0, we will exchange all Ethereum 1.0 to a basket of crypto assets such as Bitcoin and USDT.

* After the Linker Coin purchase event duration ends, most of the Ethereum currently held by the Linker Foundation will be exchanged for other major crypto assets such as Bitcoin.
