We have entered a new phase where new technologies are able to do predictive analysis in real time that rapidly changing the on-line communication market. Conquer and engage new users through marketing means radically change the navigation experience. Each user want to meet its needs and the navigation must be able to adapt to those that are the desires as individual.

Communication skills and marketing are increasingly technology-related and it is often not easy to dominate and requires the support of specialized teams (IT).
