The altSpace program combines curated office fit-outs with LiquidSpace-approved landlord and partner spaces to offer the customization of a traditional office lease with the term flexibility and speed that you’d typically only find in coworking spaces. It’s the best of both worlds, and you can find altSpace in a US city near you, including the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Dallas, and Washington D.C.
Our CEO Mark Gilbreath said of altSpace, “We reimagined what office spaces can be for growing teams because we weren’t satisfied with the status quo.” LiquidSpace has always challenged the status quo when it comes to office space, and altSpace is a game changer in that regard.
By working with real estate and design partners (among others) LiquidSpace has been able to bring this altSpace rollout to the general public while maintaining an unrivaled standard of excellence in flexible office. LiquidSpace offers three altSpace design kits, created in collaboration with design partner BVN Architecture. Each kit supports a different work style, growth rate, and company type, but the common theme is flexibility and modular design, including contemporary furnishings from Allsteel, which enable growth.
