Downtown

If your company wants to be among the top businesses in North Dallas you should start your search in Downtown.

Uptown

There’s a fledgling urban spirit in uptown, which makes it a favorite for young and established companies alike. North Dallas

North Dallas has plenty of workspace, but most of it is concentrated in a few commercial areas. The Preston Center, the Platinum Corridor, and the Telecom Corridor are the three main commercial districts in this neighborhood. One of the coolest venues in the area is CUBExec, which has monthly and hourly options to suit professionals and small, growing teams.

Texas Instruments is perhaps the best known company in North Dallas. There are also plenty of arts and culture venues in this neighborhood. The Museum of Biblical Art offers a view into the history of religious art, with sculptures, paintings, and more. You’ll also find an interesting mix of food in this high class neighborhood. Get to know North Dallas and it might be the neighborhood for your next office.

Far North Dallas

Connecting the northern suburbs of Dallas to the city center, Far North Dallas is socially and economically tied to Richardson and Addison, inner suburbs nearby. Everyone from doctors and lawyers, to musicians and artists call Far North Dallas their home. There plenty of retailers in the neighborhood, but the area is somewhat suburban. This low-key neighborhood has some great deals and it’s close to plenty of homes, so it would be a fit for all kinds of teams.

Park Cities

The Park Cities include Highland Park and the city of University Park, creating an interesting mix of communities. At Foundry Club at Mockingbird Station you can enjoy this mix of cultures. This large space is home to many professionals and companies. Check it out:

Being one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Dallas-Fort Worth, office space prices are also some of the most expensive in the city — but it’s worth it. The architecture here consists of a gorgeous mix of estates, mansions, and boutiques in various tree-lined neighborhoods. You can find a truly unique property in Park Cities.
