LiquidSpace Calls for 100 Million Square Feet of Additional Office Space

Fueled by an expansion into longer term space transactions last fall as well as the implementation of our advanced, network infrastructure, LiquidSpace has experienced accelerated growth over the last six months, including total booked revenue, which has increased by at least 30% every month.

Based on our rapid growth and projected demand from startups and large enterprises over the next year, we anticipate needing 80–100M sq. ft. of new office inventory over the next 12–24 months. To reach that goal and systematically activate additional space listings, LiquidSpace is initiating a formal RFP process to support launching an additional 100M sq. ft. of office inventory.
