We want to create a conference where participants feel free and safe, where they know that it is always easy to find staff members 100% ready to help. With this in mind, we share our Code of Conduct here.

Let’s create a community for everyone 💜

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and staff at our event are required to agree with the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

We do not tolerate any type of harassment, sexual language and inappropriate images in this event, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age or religion (or lack thereof). Those violating these rules will be immediately punished for their acts.

We recall that harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, harassment, tracking, photographing or recording of harassment, sustained disruption of talks, workshops or other activities, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

We expect everyone to follow these rules at talks, workshops and conference-related social events in order to ensure a safe environment for everybody. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Staff can be easily identified by the t-shirts or badges.

The staff will always be there to help you! 💜

Please contact us if you need to report anything.

Last remark: We want to thank Ana Sofia Pinho (from Feedzai) for the willingness to help us on this matter and others. 😘
