The Lisk ICO has been running now for 11 days, and already we have collected over 1,550 BTC, and 35,000,000 XCR. There are still 17 days left until the ICO ends, and approximately 27 days until the planned launch of Lisk.
BTC deposit issue
We’ve had a total of 12 Lisk ICO participants who sent multiple BTC transactions to the same BTC exchange address on our ICO website. Until now, additional transactions which were deposited after the first one were not detected by our system. Olivier has since implemented a fix for this issue. Now our system scans all ICO Bitcoin addresses for new incoming transactions every 10 minutes.
Please note, we still recommend to initiate a new exchange process for every new BTC transaction! The timestamp will always be taken from the last transaction. That means in some circumstances your may not receive the correct bonus later on.
Lost passphrases
Many people have contacted us, because they either lost the generated passphrase, or didn’t realise that they have to save it. Up until now we communicated that we will implement a feature into the ICO page, which allows users to re-generate their passphrases. Some Lisk ICO participants expressed concerns that this feature would put everyone who successfully generated and saved the passphrase at risk.
We agree, therefore we will solve this problem in another way. Everyone who lost or forgot his Lisk passphrase is required to submit a new request at our support page.
Please ensure you send the support request from the same email address you used on the ICO page.
We will then guide you through the steps via email, and reset the passphrase, allowing you to generate a new one for safe keeping.
