Why?
Lisk Central America has been formed to fill a gap in the global Lisk community and lead the charge in bringing Lisk to Latin America. A few Lisk enthusiasts have decided to join forces and spearhead the Lisk movement in Central America.
Our Mission
Our mission is to educate developers and blockchain enthusiasts about the Lisk blockchain platform and blockchain technology in general. Our Main focus will be local meetups and fostering Lisk based start-ups but we will also have a focus on developing tools for the community with our core members.
Our Meetups
We will meet regularly to network with people interested in Lisk and Blockchain including innovators, entrepreneurs, engineers, educators, government and anyone curious about the Lisk Platform across Central America.

Lisk Central America has been invited to speak at a Costa Rican mobile developer meetup about Lisk and Blockchain on October 31st.
Welcomed Into The Community
This past week the Blockchain Association of Costa Rica was launched and Lisk Central America was there to represent Lisk and was welcomed into an amazing community of blockchain champions.
The associations missions is to transform Costa Rica into a leading country in the implementation of block chain technologies, decentralized networks and distributed ledger.
