Reflection

This month was my gallbladder surgery recovery month.

After 2-weeks, I got to a place where I wanted to travel again and get back to my City Hall scavenger hunting ways. It was great to get back on the road, and to travel up to Carrollton for a few days during the Christmas break to be with family.

Other than travel, I really went down the rabbit hole with Crypto again. Trying to figure out what to invest in, and what to do with this new technology. I’ve been learning about CityCoins this past month, and looking at what it could mean as a means of funding city projects. Excited to start investing in the new year.

I also picked up an Oculus, went to the movie theater to see Spiderman, tried some new restaurants, and really started getting back to walking and running.

My big revelation this month was to always have something to look forward to and keep moving. I attribute that mindset to healing faster, and putting things in perspective when working through seemingly difficult issues.

I’m almost back to full running strength again, and have a lot of great trips planned for the beginning of 2022.
