Failing presidential candidate Donald J. Trump Senior (R-Florida) has a problem. He is having a hard time getting cash from billionaires.

A candidate who does a better job servicing billionaires, Vice President Kamala Harris (D-California) is sucking up all the donation cash. Billionaires, foreign governments, and other corrupt individuals gave the Harris campaign $361 billion in August, Fortune claims.

Promises Trump can make to billionaires to get more cash include:

1. Trump can promise to make the wars in Ukraine and Israel permanent to generate more revenue for defense contractors.
2. Trump can support legislation to have Medicare cover the cost of all weight loss drugs, vaccines, insulin, and psychiatric drugs to generate more profits for pharmaceutical companies.
3. Trump can back legislation to have Medicare cover the costs of in vitro fertilization and plastic surgery to generate more income for hospital companies and surgeons.
