Reasons Why Joe Manchin is the Vilest US Senator

Now that US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) is retiring, Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) is taking his place as the vilest US Senator.

Manchin is now thoroughly hated by every progressive and moderate and most Democrats. Currently, Manchin is doing some things Republicans like but don’t worry. Our sources in Washington tell Lists of Doom that Manchin is hard at work devising ways to get Republicans (and everybody else) to hate him.

Reasons why Joe Machin is the vilest US Senator include:

1. Manchin thinks working families having enough money to buy food is a bad idea. He supports an $11 minimum wage.
2. Manchin opposes a $15 minimum wage because he would have to pay his employees more. The Young Turks discovered that Manchin owns companies that pay employees around $8 an hour.
3. Millionaire Joe Manchin III thinks ordinary Americans cannot be trusted with $1,400.
4. Millionaire Manchin is afraid people won’t work for his companies at $8 an hour if they receive $400 a week in unemployment benefits.
5. Manchin thinks his personal power as a Senator is more important than the voting rights of tens of millions of Americans.
