Republican Denials of the January 6 Insurrection

We all know the Republican Party has lost touch with reality. The notion that Donald J. Trump (R-Florida) is a competent leader; or a credible human being, is a prime example of the disconnect between the Grand Old Party’s (GOP) leaders and reality.

Unfortunately, Republicans have now decided that reality does not matter. Case in point the refusal to acknowledge that anything bad happened on the US Capitol on 6 January 2021.
