Blue eye addict.

She thought about men

with brown hair and blue

eyes all the time.

Her mind practically ate

their images.

She cried a lot when she

looked at her reflection.

She didn’t believe they

would look at her if she

walked by them in a corridor.

They most certainly held hands

with blondes, redheads and fair

brunettes rather than anyone else.

Blue eyes. Blue eyes -

She waited but no one ever came

except for one young man with brown

eyes and yellow painted skin,

but even when he had her laugh so loud

and treated her as if she were a princess,

she still really wished he had blue eyes.
