Trigger Warning

Glad Rags and Sisterhood of Unintentional Lolitas

(1) The Twirl

--

Do twirl for him
in that pretty dress
(and unawares)
desire glows
fervent firefly
enticed
its lure
a guileless trust .

[Hebephile’s hands
closed
gently (cautiously)
about that not yet
nubile flesh
mature lips and finger’s
tips
read pleasure’s blason
of a silken girl
in trembling fawn’s exhale.
A vestige song
to fragile bones
in voiceless chorus
— the hushing of paper-dolls
in harbors of musky arms
an authority
of suits
and satin cumberbuns.]
Blush
held its breath
to touch
fear’s trill of innocence
worn quieted.
