Marlboro Girl

9 years gone
still sometimes I feel her
or not her
but the void
she left
she filled
that only she could fill

like now
back then
I’d imagine us together
when we were apart
outside
against the wall
everyone watching
I’d pinch her
hold her to my lips
touch her with fire
she’d reach down deep
and satisfy me

9 years gone
still
sometimes
I want her
