Passion burning,
fires aflame,
a poet’s pen
ablaze with
desire, anticipation,
longing,
Snow moon rising,
not to quell
furnaces sizzling,
fizzling within
lovers’ hearts,
hopes and aspirations,
rage to melt,
rage inside,
ardour’s fuel,
cocooned defiance,
Winter’s irony.
