I sit at the shoreline in solitude,
seeking solace from the sea.
The sights, the smells,
they’re my substance.
My sovereignty in static swell.
A psychosis without ceiling
to understand.

You see,
I’ll strive for this simplicity
as long as I’m still singing.
My superpowers, shelled and salty.
These waves, my sirens,
this sandy sanctuary,
a seaside Siddhartha.
