- Eligibility: Girls 13–18 years old who can participate in SF from 9/14–20 (Open to Teams)

LITAS Official NCWIT K-12 Alliance Member
We are now official partners in the National Center for Women & IT (NCWIT) K12 Alliance! We join a coalition of like-minded organizations “focusing on increasing the recruitment, retention, and advancement of girls in computing and technology.”
LITAS is Two-Time Recipient of SSP STEM Action Grant
LITAS is proud to have been chosen as Society For Science STEM Action Grant winners for the second year in a row, recognizing our work guiding young women in CS+STEM careers! SSP’s Action Grant provides support to local organizations working to close the STEM Gender Gap, and we are proud to continue our partnership with them.
Alumni Accomplishments: Laura Lu hosts month-long LITAS Incubator
Congrats to Laura Lu (11th grade, Xavier College Preparatory) for the success of her month-long LITAS incubator in CS+STEM for underprivileged girls in Phoenix! We are proud to have partnered with Phoenix Public Library: Acacia Branch on this initiative.
Students met for two hours every week during the month of June, learning HTML, CSS, and entrepreneurship skills. Laura is herself a LITAS alumna from 2015 and a prize winner in the LITAS Tech Showcase.
