I Flow

On surviving

Photo by Carl Jorgensen on Unsplash

Between my existence and living
are codes of survival —
sinews of pain and innuendo
hold the ends together.

I, however,
seep out through the gaps
like air from the only window
that connects outside from the tunnel,
giving clues of directions.
