stuck in the wind of sorrow
i am, and have been.

blindfolded to your flaws,
it has been three falls
and three summers, i recall.

your face is gone but how
could i hope for long
will you come back?
more likely not.

if i still hum our song
after three falls more
for three springs long,
please kill me kind
for i must be
insane.
