Last Months Wrap Up

Here are some of our top stories from November. I am beyond thankful to be able to read their works, and share them with all the readers on Medium! I truly enjoyed a little bit of something from each piece, and I am sure that you will too!

A Classic Blink by martin.strange

I just love the imagery in this piece, and the feelings it evokes.

When dementia comes, kiss me. by Martina is heartrendingly, astoundingly, beautiful. Personally, my biggest fear of aging is losing my memory, and this shows the beauty and heartbreak of dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Truck Shop by Gabe Gott is a great short story of a boy coming of age, and its based in Ohio…you know, the best state in the U.S.

A love letter to my daughter by Orisirisi that shows the unconditional love of a mother to her child. It made my mom cry, I cried, its wonderful.

Haiku #8 by Alex/asha is awesome! It expresses so much with so little.

How You Remember It by Kristin Doherty is pretty awesome, from the subject matter to the layout. I always love finding different ways to lay out writing, and this is a treat.

Fractured Soul by TeriJo was a surprise to write for the author, but a treat to read.

And last, but certainly not least, is Another Masturbatory Piece by Matt Vercillo. There is no photo, and lets be honest, the guy’s words are awesome all on their own. Definitely a top read, and one you should definitely check out his other pieces!

Whelp, that’s it, the monthly round up of November. I wanted to point out some new writers, ones that don’t draw momentous attention like some of our other writers, and ones that you might not think to read. Hope you enjoyed them, I know I did!

Until next time x
