Photo is my own

No more wishing to hold you,

to smell you,

to feel you.

No more feeling devastated

when you’re with someone else.

Done hearing you tell me

you’ll never be mine.

But you continue to call me,

rubbing salt in my wounds.

Driving me crazy,

as you laugh all the while.

You love the way I want you,

but will never want me too.

You love to tease me,

making me feel so blue.

I’m finally ready

to stitch up my heart

and walk away.

Finally ready to love me,

no longer wanting to want you.
