There are parts of me I want to cover.
Sometimes all of them. Sometimes none.

With sweet smelling blankets
That offer comfort on a cold dark night

And keep separate from the realities of this world

That I cannot explain
There are parts of me I am forced to cover
With the mask that I wear
The mask I wear

I am required to cover
