A Poem

Tailoring sad flicks of disappointment
grief it expresses but takes on flavour
The mouth — the lips
chomping at the floor
turning the house around on its head
Needs a different fucking view
Then still
into the buzzing the crime of sitting
or sitting so long
the chair has been entirely forgotten
as you become a unity as you become an inseparable
indistinguishable from its leather lap
Irritation signals less adaptation
fewer screens…
