A Poem

Photo by prottoy hassan on Unsplash

This moment holds a sharp
pebble/ sticking out of the concrete
of that other station of feeling
& the small holes
in everything are showing through
like a colander for the atmosphere
of what you are assuming
Yes, I’ve taken too much
I believe
I’ve taken far too much
Pressed against an eternity of
of a health that throws a lone meaning
away\\ Primed
alone that way
that the isolation takes you & picks up
