Three Times What is Barely Detectable

A poem

The Pleiades glow at the Zenith now
I have cataracts in my right eye
almost deaf in my left ear
but I hear the things
a little bit

All the World is near to me
calls to me and shines down

When I was young
I could not see or hear
the stars and night insects
or the little moth that is fluttering
desperately by the window this evening.
