To Feel So Deeply.

Overthinking, and then some.

CCo

Every experience shapes me.
I care deeply, I hate gravely.
Every relation sculpts me.
Is it a blessing or a curse,
To feel everything so deeply?

Every hurt carves new etchings on my heart,
The anger, vehement.
And every loving gesture leaves its mark.
The love, fervent.

I overthink, I frown.
All scenarios, the mind plays out.
I submerge, I laugh.
All memories, the heart goes about.

I may not cry, but I feel,
Pricking thorns aplenty.
I may not smile, but I heed,
Carrying roses too many.

And after every phase,
I wonder, what have I come to be.
Where did I stand,
Which side am I now?

It is both a blessing and a curse,
To feel everything so deeply.
