Whenever I’m with you,
the universe seems so very
small
So very much something I
could choose to embrace
Next to which,
I would be the one standing tall

Whenever I’m with you,
my world becomes void of all
its distractions
only to be filled with
You
And I am no longer lost
between our youthful
existence and the shadowy
present distances

Whenever I’m with you,
my worlds no longer collide
My mountains are no longer
collapsing
My streams
run pure
My dreams
are well secure

And it is then,
that I know,
our love,
forever and time,
will endure
