Autumn fades to Winter
A Poem
Daylight spurn
Ochre, tan, auburn
Dying leaves
Chinaars flake
Lying afire by the lake
Autumn’s damp lanterns.
Breeze inhales
Panoramic hues
Earthly reds
Ether’s blues
Temperature fogs time’s quartz
Oh! Winter peeps through.
