Luscious Lulu and the Mirror

This is from my children’s book called “Life as a Bean.” Still looking for a publisher at this point, but it’s good to get feedback and salutations.

Luscious Lulu asked her mirror
Am I the fairest of all?
“How would I know?” the mirror replied
“I spend all day on this wall
I’ve seen your mother, I’ve seen your sisters
And maybe a friend or two
From what I can tell, I’d have to say
The fairest of all is you
Why don’t you take me out for a while
And show me the girls on the street?
Maybe I’ll find one fairer than you
Or maybe one just as sweet”
Luscious Lulu gave it some thought
And just as you might assume
Instead of taking the mirror outside
It’s now in her mother’s room.
