In an announcement this morning, PEN America, based in New York, published a press release detailing the decision to honor imprisoned Myanmar reporters Wa Lone and Kyaw Soe Oo. Both were arrested on December 12, 2017, while investigating violence in Myanmar’s Rakhine state.
