The Exclusive LIT — TOMO Swap Program

Dear Lition community,

We will be rolling out a swap token program for all LIT holders to swap their LIT tokens to TOMO tokens. Over 200,000 TOMO will be available for LIT holders to swap.

3 one-time snapshots of all addresses and balances on 3 chains Ethereum, TomoChain, and Binance Chain were already taken at around 8 am UTC — 10 am UTC on Friday, March 12, 2021.

All LIT addresses were classified into 3 categories based on their balances at the time of the snapshots.

All addresses can swap their total balance at the rates specified in the following table.

Examples:

Category 1: An address with a balance of 40,000 LIT can claim 40,000 x 0.0040 = 160 TOMO if he wishes to send over all his/her balance.

Category 2: An address with a balance of 80,000 LIT can claim 50,000 x 0.0040 + (80,000–50,000) x 0.0016 = 248 TOMO if he wishes to send over all his/her balance.

Category 3: An address with a balance of 600,000 LIT can claim 50,000 x 0.0040 + (600,000–50,000) x 0.0008 = 440 TOMO if he wishes to send over all his/her balance.

If you hold LIT in multiple addresses on multiple chains, you can claim TOMO in all those addresses.

The claimable TOMO is vested in 9 months for 3 unlocks of 25%, 35%, and 40% at Month 0 (April 2021), 6 (October 2021), and 9 (January 2022), respectively.

Simply follow the 2 steps below if you wish to join the Swap Program.

Step 1: Send over your total LIT balance in 01 transaction only to each designated LIT address on each chain as follows. Only 1 transaction/address.

Step 2: Fill up the form before 3 am UTC Monday, Apr 20th, 2021. The 1st unlock amount will be distributed to all wallet addresses within 14 working days after the form closes.

The submission of the 1st unlock is compulsory for this program. If you miss the deadline — the form closing date and time: 3 am UTC Monday, Apr 20th, 2021, you are not eligible for the whole event.

Terms & conditions:

TomoChain Lab reserves the right to cancel or amend the Program or Program Rules at its sole discretion.

TomoChain Lab reserves the right of final decision in case of disputed cases.

Regardless of how your current balance may vary from the balance recorded at the time of the snapshot, you must send the total current balance to us, and your LIT balance must go to 0.

• If the received amount is equal to or smaller than the snapshot balance, we will use the received amount to calculate your claimable TOMO.
• If the received amount is higher than the snapshot balance, we will use the snapshot balance to calculate your claimable TOMO.
• Note: For those who haven’t received enough rewards after unstaking was enabled, the “snapshot balance” will be the balance at the time of the snapshot + the reward amount that is sent back. Please fill up the support form before 3 am UTC Monday, Apr 20th, 2021. After 3 am UTC Apr 20th, 2021, we will close this unstaking support form and discontinue the support until any community-driven committees or reputed entities would like to take over, we are willing to transfer the operation of the Lition Blockchain project including the unstaking support program.
• For those who are still LPs of LuaSwap/UniSwap LIT pool at the time of the snapshot, please fill up this form before 3 am UTC Monday, March 29th, 2021. We will check and count your LIT balance.

For the subsequent unlocks:

• Kindly note that you must have at least 01 TOMO in your balance at the time of the next unlock & fill-up the form of that unlock again to be eligible for it.
• Notification on the next unlocks will be sent to the email address supplied in Step 2 via email (admin@tomochain.com) when the form of the next unlock opens:

— For the 2nd unlock: 3 am UTC Sep 7, 2021–3 am UTC Oct 8, 2021

— For the 3rd unlock: 3 am UTC Dec 17, 2021–3 am UTC Jan 7, 2022.

• Each participant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account for notification related to this Program.
• The 2nd and 3rd unlock amounts will be distributed to all eligible wallet addresses within 7 working days after the forms close.

You will receive native TOMO if you swap your LIT (ERC20) or LIT (TRC21). You will receive TOMOB (TOMO BEP2) if you swap your LIT (BEP2). TOMO/TOMOB will only be sent back to the LIT sending address.

The swap program is pro bono by TomoChain Lab to welcome new users to TomoChain. It does not mean to compensate for your earlier investments. This is an opt-in program only and it is not compulsory. We respect your decision no matter what.
