Finished testing time-sensitive notifications

I wrapped up the integration testing for the simplest case of sending new writing prompts today. Once I got the database query working correctly, it went pretty smoothly. The travel_to method is pretty handy for testing time specific situations.

Tomorrow I’ll work on setting up a job on a schedule to deliver the notifications regularly.
