The University of Miami’s Delta Gamma Chapter has just released their new recruitment video… and damn. All I can say that while this video’s intention is to attract new girls to join the sorority, the unintended effect is that it will make every guy in the nation want to go to the university. I mean, “You Welcome University of Miami?”. For a video featuring the sisters literally just partying — the sorority spared no expense. Not only was it filmed professionally by Artec Media, it also featured an original song by The Voice contestant, Joselyn Rivera. This video seems more fabulous than most professional music videos coming out (looking at you Post To Be).

The video is meant to entice new members to join the sorority… but has nothing about the sorority other than their social life. I’m sure that there’s more to them than just partying (just assuming… but still). The recruitment video is basically a bunch of girls partying at the beach, on a boat, and driving in a car. If I’m about to pledge for a sisterhood, I’d at least like to know more about what they do other than partying — I do that just fine on my own. I guess the point is to entice the girls first before getting into the specifics? Because this video has definitely done its job. Congrats Delta Gamma, you have officially put me in a party mood — Thank God it’s Friday!
