Water is life. Nothing new here. What is too often overlooked is the major role played by hydration in our well-being, energy level, and weight control.

Our body is 60% water. Water is used in our cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate our temperature and maintain our bodily functions:

Drinking enough water in a day is crucial. But not always easy.

I’ve been a small drinker too — less than 1 liter a day. As I started paying attention to my overall well-being, I decided to take charge of this aspect. Now, I drink a little more than 2 liters a day.
