Best Foods to Improve Memory & Concentration

Memory & Concentration require proper care. It is only possible with good care. i.e. by having healthy foods. The foods are high on protein and good for the mind & body. It happens with everyone that we forget things fast. Also not able to concentrate on things.

This is because of the mind’s inefficiency to remember and concentrate. It will affect our performance at work & everywhere.

You will have seen people cannot remember a name. This makes it difficult for them. Then they write everything instead of remembering.

Writing is a good thing. But sharp memory will build your confidence.

It is important to remember important things in this fast pace world. So there is some food which has always been a significant change.

They are:-

Walnuts:- Walnuts have a very nice association with the brain. They have the same design as nerves traveling. Walnuts are the best food for improving memory. They are rich in proteins and good for the mind. You can have 2 pieces every day for better results.

Leafy Vegetables:- As per the study, plant-based plant-based foods help in cognitive decline. Leafy Vegetables like spinach, broccoli are rich in proteins. They help in cell growth in the brain. It also provides vitamin K. This is very important for the brain.

Fish:- Fish is a high portion of protein. They have omega-3 fatty acids. This protects the brain from having Alzheimer’s. You can try to have once or twice in a week’s time. Try having fish like Salmon, tuna, etc. Which has a low level of mercury present in them? If you are a vegetarian. Then try having leafy vegetables for better results.

Eggs:- Eggs are the best food for the brain. Eggs contain vitamins like B-6 & B-12. They help in reducing cognitive decline.

Coffee:- Coffee is the best supplement to feel refreshed. It has caffeine in it to stop a person from feeling sleepy. Usually, students drink coffee to stay awake for exams. Caffeine also helps in improving the brain’s capacity to remember things. Regular consumption of coffee helps in reducing the effect of Alzheimer’s, cognitive decline, stroke, etc. However, caffeine is not for everyone to consume. As it affects the sleep of a person.

Whole Grains:- Whole grains are a significant source of vitamins for the mind & body. Whole grains provide Vitamin E to the body. They can be like Oats, Brown rice, Whole-grain pasta, etc.

Avocados:- Avocados are good for Brain. It helps in reducing blood pressure. Response. It connects high blood pressure with cognitive decline. Thus by reducing the cognitive decline it reduces the risk of it.
