How to Become a Morning Person

From a former self-proclaimed night owl.

When I came home from college, I was on a 4 am-11 am sleep schedule. In other words, I was destroying my mental, physical, and emotional health, coping with the exhaustion by drinking substantial servings of caffeine.

Needless to say, I never thought I could become a morning person.
