Securing a job offer can be quite simple. There’s really only one thing you need to do consistently well

It is understood that self confidence is charming and it is understood that a positive attitude is a great asset for anyone to have. Employers look for these attributes and it’s a given!

So when it comes down to the heat of the moment, the interview itself, how do you tip the scale in your favor?

How do you truly create the moment where the employer ultimately chooses you over all of their other options?

As Sherlock Holmes would say, “Elementary Watson!”

The short answer: RELATIVITY.

Sure you want to look your best, do your research, and play the part. You have to be genuinely interested in whatever it is you are applying for. But to really kill it and leave absolutely no doubt that you will be the one to receive an offer, you have to make your assets relative to the job.

A great way to prove to your potential new employer that you have what it takes for the job is to think about every aspect of the position that you are applying for and explain how the skills you have will allow you to be successful at it.
