Passion or Money? Does money really give you everything?

Passion or Money right? This is the big question everyone wants an answer.

Both are equally very important. So, which one to choose the most from. That is important.

Yes, Money is important in many aspects of today’s life. It gives Food, clothing & shelter. People often take up jobs that pay better. But feel restricted to the job because of fewer options available.

More percentage of people feel less satisfied with the job they are doing. It makes them feel helpless. As they have nothing else to do. They complain from within and it affects their environment.

Every day going to a job is like fighting a battle with oneself. Any amount of money can never give job satisfaction. If a person is doing a job and not happy with it.

What’s the point?

After some time, the person will get frustrated to the point.

where he will want to decide of looking for a new job or work on his own.

The reason could be trouble with the boss, office culture, rude staff, etc. There could be many reasons for frustration.

The most important thing is to address the problem. Then work towards changing it.

You & I want to have more & more money. No matter how many times a person is getting insulted, put down in front of others. It’s fine, more the money. More the better.

Yes, We all money. There is no doubt about that. If the money comes in a way which makes us happy & satisfied.

That will be the best. Don’t you think?

Yes, So it’s important to follow your passion. Passion is more important than money. A person passionate about something will earn good money. People who earn large amounts of money. They have a lot of shiny things to buy & showcase. But it does not satisfy them with the work they do.

People sacrifice their passion for money initially. But at a later stage in life. They feel the vacuum in their life. Your work takes 70% of your life. Can you imagine, how will you be 5 years down the line in the job you don’t like.

Passion will not give you immediate results. But in the long run, you will be happy with whatever you do. You might make less money as compared to corporates. But you will be happy with what you are doing. It is important to follow your life’s calling. Then no matter how many obstacles you might have to face. You will face it with courage, dedication, commitment, determination to see it through.

The most important thing is to develop yourself. It means that you don’t run after money. But money comes after you for your knowledge & expertise. There is a saying that goes “ GO FOR EXCELLENCE, MASTER YOUR SKILLS, MONEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY COME TO YOU”.
