It is important to do some form of exercise in the morning. You can do meditation, gym, Power yoga. Something that makes you fit for the day to complete the task in hand.

The most important thing is the early start of the day. Waking up early in the morning sets you up for the task in hand. All the CEOs, directors, VP’s have this habit of waking up early. They are disciplined in their approach. That is what differentiates them from others.

The productivity formula is simple to do all positive tasks for your development and your office work.

Another important thing to do is to read good positive books and have a healthy breakfast.

Your productivity depends on how active or pro-active you are at the start of the day.

People who are lazy & lax will only result in low-productivity. In-turn loses out on all the opportunities in hand.

No one will come to you for supporting you. But there will always be people to pull you down. No matter how good you are.

So, it’s important to rise to all the challenges in front of you.

Productivity is measured by the amount of task completed in a day. The more the better. It will make you happier & content in your own life. Also, What kind of quality task you can complete in a day is important.

There are some points to discuss. They are as follows:-

Plan Your Day: This is the most important point for better productivity. Planning your day is important. If you plan before for the day it will give good results. Planning takes 90 % and the action takes 10 %. You can decide on the task to be completed in hand. Also, what new task to take.

Use Apps: Apps Are a good way to keep yourself organized. There are some pretty good apps available in the google app store or Apple app store. This will help in understanding the proper functioning of the day. Apps are good if you have mention ur goals for the day wisely.

Exercise Time: Exercise is very important for multitasking. You must give sometime in a day to do some sort of exercise. It will help in building brain muscles and sharpen your memory. The Best part is you will be able to many things and still feel active.

Prioritize Your task: It is to put Important things first and accordingly as per the level of importance. You can plan in such a way that all the important tasks get completed first. Then the less important task can be handled. This will make you stand out from the crowd.

Art of Saying ‘No’: People with this art of saying ‘No’ can scale their work. It’s not every person’s cup of tea to say ‘No’ to your subordinates. It is to be said in such a way that it does not insult another person. People who like your response will appreciate your work. If they don’t find it interesting then it will create a bad impression.

Waking Up Early: It is important to wake up early. Waking up early sets you in motion for all the tasks. If you are getting up early, then you are in the right frame of mind. There is a saying which goes like this “early to bed, early to rise, makes the person wise.

Reading: Another important thing is to read every day. Reading everyday positive & motivational books will push you. It will make you come out of your comfort zone. It will make you communicate well with the people around you. You will become a likable person by one & all.
