Our minds continuously trick us into not seeing symptoms and events accurately.

I recall having a sore thumb over 20 years ago. I had an X-ray, and it was negative. I have a very active lifestyle and use my hands a lot for writing, fishing, cooking, and gardening. My entire hand became numb this summer and painful.
