How many books you’ve read this year? How many podcast episodes you devoured? Or how many tv series have you binged? How many times you’ve hit the gym? How many bullets have you ticked off on your journal successfully, at the end of the day? After all, it is all that determines your success in your life, the numbers.

And you can reach those numbers by finishing off the small or big tasks, chores, to-do’s or whatever you call them, in your life. In this fast-paced , productivity, and efficiency-driven times we live in, almost everything you do is minimized into little tasks, whether that be an activity you enjoy doing, or actually dread. You divide your focus into many things, not just one or two. Your day revolves around various responsibilities, not connected to each other. You like the busyness and the hectic pace of your day, stress-driven, but lively.

Your day looks something like this: wake up, check social media and notifications…
