You Should Do Something Different
I don’t just mean do something different as in reading first and then cooking, but I mean, something totally different.
Something out of your comfort zone. Like if you are afraid to go bungee jumping, just do that. It helps you facing fear. Do just something you never have done before and you think you will never do. Do something crazy. Such as to surprise anyone else.
Change is good for you and here is why
Since a young kid, I don’t like change. When you change you’re not in your comfort zone.
Think about it. Think about what does happen to your body, your mind and your system when you do something totally different you never thought you will ever do in your life, something totally out of your comfort zone?
I did something out of my comfort zone lately, when I was playing the violin. Practicing a — for me — brand new, but very difficult music: Franck and Beethoven violin sonatas. I also went into therapy, something I thought I never would do, but I did because of my own health.
