Over the course of time as I have been looking to live a better life every day, I have come to the realization that its the HABIT of worrying that makes us worry instead of situations themselves.
I have also realized that it's in our power to react to different situations as we prefer. It's our choice to worry or not to worry. Of-course to change and master our reactions it takes time and practice but its essentially our choice…
