Slim and beautiful. I really love this friend of mine. She wakes up every morning with only a few minutes left before hitting the gym for her twice a week routine. She eats like a hungry eagle devouring her prey as quick as she can to catch for the time. There is never a day she isn’t rushing. It sometimes annoys my inner soul looking and observing her movements but she is amazing in many ways.

I don’t hate people who seem to be very busy in their lives. They sure have their own reasons. I pity them instead. They aren’t aware that they are making their lives and bodies in chaos. Often times, you don’t see any changes, to what they are trying to do with themselves. They become clumsy and forgetful at times because their minds are not into it.

Do worthy things that improve yourself not just to be called active and optimists. You can’t play a game with your own self anyway.

I once asked this friend, isn’t it hard to work in the gym with those heels and always trying to run after your schedules? It’s kind of a funny thing but we all have our styles and ways of managing our own itineraries we want it to. She’s clothed with a complete gym outfit and with a high heeled sandal. She is very stylish everywhere she goes. But actually, it doesn’t really matter as long as you like the way you are.

I usually see people hitting the gym with sports shoes and all the complete gear. You can be trendy with such outfits the way to like it. You don’t need to think about what others may say. Besides, it’s yourself anyway, not theirs. Nowadays you can choose and buy any design from many affordable stores. No need to even look for expensive brands.

Don’t be judgemental.

People must not judge others immediately. My friend takes with her a pair of stylish sports shoes as well. She just wanted to wear heels before and after her workout. It’s her style anyway, and who are we to oppose, right? We all can make our own style too.

The only problem is if you intended to workout with a pair of heels and keep complaining about your lower back pains. Then that’s a big no-no. You’re not making a movie. You aim to have a fit and active body. You don’t aim to break your back for sure.

Don’t rely on picture perfect commercials

What we see on TV and on social media regarding fitness are mostly destructions to the real world. They want to sell their products and so they usually make unrealistic scenarios. And it doesn’t mean you’re not aware of it. Not all that you see is what you get. Actors just seem to be perfect but we all know that it will never happen in reality and so they are. They too have their flaws.

You know what is best for your health.

Open your eyes and see the real thing. Your health is your wealth. Whatever you purposefully do to your body, be sure it benefits you. No one else will fix it once you damage part of it. Doctors or therapists can’t bring back the original you if you happen to injure yourself. Although they can be treated, it will never be the same as the natural you.

The main point is, do whatever you want, wear your heals, run for every chore you have on your lists, but be sure to give extra care to your body.

Enjoy your life with whatever you think makes you happy.

You own your life, you are responsible for any consequences in everything you do.
