While we’ve been making big upgrades and hit big milestones over the past couple of months to Belacam.com, it’s been a while since I’ve written up some patch notes to review the latest upgrades. Let’s dive in!

Backend Upgrade from Python 2 to Python 3

Python is one of the main programming languages that powers Belacam. Python 2 was first released in the year 2000, and it has since grown somewhat outdated (obviously). Upgrading to Python 3 was no small task and affected every part of the site. Python 3 heavily boosts the speed of Belacam and the security of users’ accounts.

Enhanced Site Layout and Navigation

Today, we introduced the Left Sidebar Menu which offers easy access to Belacam’s multiple earning opportunities and Belacam finance management. This marks the start of our push to offer more ways to earn money, making Belacam a more universal and broad online earning platform.

In the next couple of weeks, we’ll be releasing a Staking section of Belacam, which helps users stake their BELA for stake rewards. BELA’s unique Smart Contract Staking method currently pays around 36% APR each year.

The Belacam Shop
