Intro
Since Project Update #003 in January, we’ve seen a lot of our team’s ground-work bearing fruit.
The LVN Public Sale was launched — after a long wait through the crypto winter — and we made significant updates to the livenpay.io website and LivenPay Whitepaper, adding new staff and positioning pieces.
LivenPay co-founders William & Grace travelled to Tokyo, where they met Roger Ver and some of his team, returning with some of our most incredible news to date — that Roger had joined our Advisory Board, now alongside NEM Founder Lon Wong and other industry heavyweights.
With the recent launch of the Public LVN Token Sale, this news couldn’t have been better timed — it confirmed Liven’s direction as a company, LVN as a borderless token and LivenPay as a universal Payment Gateway.
During this time and since, the Liven ecosystem continues to expand with both new users and merchants joining the Liven network every day.

We’re all about pioneering payment convenience and finding new ways to constantly evolve our product.Our team hit the town to set up next generation payment stickers at some of our most popular venues. NFC and QR enabled, these clever (and cute) stickers allow users to directly open the relevant venue’s payment screen in a single, swift movement — and without any in-app navigation. This innovation makes finding the right merchant page for payment a breeze, making the entire payment experience much more convenient.

Liven’s Lunar New Year Campaign Launches and Succeeds!
We rang in the Lunar New Year with a 16 day campaign filled with fun content and amplified rewards at some of our user base’s favourite venues! This campaign included the first iteration of our campaigns-as-a-product plan. This offered merchants the ability to secure a spot in the campaign by contributing to the network by adding a layer of value, either in user exclusive experiences, subsidising greater LVN rewards, or using their own marketing network to grow Liven adoption — creating both a greater offering, and a greater user uptake — to the merchant’s benefit. Naturally, our user base went nuts — with some merchant participants seeing lines out the door and 3x-ing usual transaction volume.

We welcome international dumpling authority, Din Tai Fung, to the Liven network — with 8 branches in Sydney and 1 branch in Melbourne launching immediately. 🥟

Roger ‘Bitcoin Jesus’ Ver, CEO Bitcoin.com, Joins LivenPay’s Advisory Board
On Monday the 25th of Feb, we announced our biggest news to date. Roger ‘Bitcoin Jesus’ Ver has joined the LivenPay advisory board. This comes after Grace & William flew over to meet his team and discovered the incredible alignment they shared in realising the mass adoption of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
