Building the New Creator Economy Event Highlights and Videos

During ETHDenver Livepeer came together with partners at Bundlr and Polygon to put on an event focused on Building The New Creator Economy. Topics ranged from creator centric applications, decentralized social media, and what innovations were at the heart of what blockchain can uniquely enable for creators.

Some highlights:

• Adam Levy, host of the Mint Podcast and founder of Bello, opened up the session talking about practical examples of what’s working for creators who have embraced blockchain mechanics today.
• The discussion moved to Tooling, with representatives from Lit Protocol, Zora, Livepeer, Lens Protocol, Bundlr, Disco, Blockade Labs, Bonfire, and Polygon surfacing practical solutions for builders that are available TODAY to unlock new impacts for creators.
• The afternoon shifted focus to apps and media, where we saw lightning talks from Beem, Huddle01, and Orb on fast growing and engaging applications in the web3 creator and social space.
• Finally, we wrapped up with an engaging discussion on the Future of Media Brands with Guild.xyz, Zealous, Catalyst, and Rarible, where there was a unified recognition that all communities are becoming media brands in their own right.
