High-Speed Recipes: How to Make Almond Milk

All you need is ‪#‎almonds‬, water, a high-speed blender and a nut milk bag. This is for an unsweetened, no added flavors recipe. If you want to add flavors, you can use 1 tbs. of maple syrup and 1 tsp. of vanilla extract. For‪#‎chocolate‬, add 2 tbs. of raw cacao. One quick tip: soak the almonds overnight in filtered water with a pinch of unrefined salt and a pinch of baking soda to uninhibit the enzymes.
